PERSONAL TRAINING is available on a 1-2-1 basis or for small groups – this could be a couple of family members or friends who would like to share a session with you. REASONS TO CHOOSE PERSONAL TRAINING MIGHT INCLUDE:- Limited free time Lack of self-motivation Lack of confidence in group situations Upcoming special event ie wedding or holiday To compliment other sporting pastimes PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS are tailor-made to suit your requirements and needs, which may include the following:- Cardiovascular training for health and to improve stamina Weight loss/fat loss including nutritional and diet advice and monitoring Strength training to increase metabolism and increase bone density to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Toning/sculpting of muscles for a more desirable shape Core strength and stability for better posture and protection against back injury Yoga for increased flexibility, strength, core stability and to help with relaxation SESSIONS usually last for 1 hour, but this can be less, or more, depending on your time available, and this might vary from week to week.
