Class Description
Cardio-combat
This is a "kickbox" style class. It is an aerobic workout, using kicking and punching techniques aimed at raising the heart rate, burning fat, and toning muscles you never knew you had! You don’t need to be able to kick high, and there is no physical contact, so you won’t be punching anything but thin air! It is a really fun workout, but it is a WORKOUT, and you will really feel it. Your abdominals (mid-section) will work hard throughout the class, so expect results!
Bodywise bootcamp/CIRCUITS
Bootcamp training uses short bursts of aerobics, upper and lower body work continuously, making it very effective and achievable, as a higher intensity can be reached for a short period of time for maximum fatloss and weightloss results if used in conjunction with a healthy diet
Freestyle Yoga
If you want to increase your flexibility, strength, stamina and core stability, then this is definitely the class for the job! It combines yoga postures from various yoga styles, particularly Ashtanga, with some pilates and balance work. Put together into challenging sequences, so movement is continuous, you will really feel that you have worked hard at the end of the session. We finish with 10 minutes of pure relaxation.
